Mission Statement

• Encourage and promote the consistent application of the most advanced knowledge and techniques of the science of athletic training in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports injuries to professional hockey players.
• Function as a professional association for professional hockey athletic trainers to promote the welfare of its members, the profession of athletic training, and safe participation in the sport of hockey.
• Provide for the exchange among its members of current ideas, techniques, and scientific data relating to the prevention and care of hockey injuries.
• Support the continued advancement of the athletic training profession.
