The 2009 Annual Conference is less than a year away and now is the time to start to talking it up! You can do that by informing vendors and other people alike that may be interested in attending when the date is, let them know where to find information on our website and how they can become more involved in the meeting. NATA REGISTRATION

If you are planning on going to the NATA in San Antonio, TX, it is time to make your hotel reservations.

A block of rooms for the PHATS members has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The Grand Hyatt is close and convenient to the convention center with a short walk to all the restaurants on the Riverwalk.

The room rate is $157.

A deadline of May 1, 2009 has been established for the PHATS room block. Any rooms not picked up by PHATS members by that time will be returned to the general housing pool.

• 2009 PHATS/SPHEM Educational Sessions: If you have any ideas of new and interesting sessions that our members would like to learn about at this year’s meeting please email Anita Ramsay at admin@phats-sphem.com.
  
  
• Sponsorship: Please let the PHATS/SPHEM Office know of any vendors (old or new) if they would be interested in sponsoring and event or item for the 2009 PHATS/SPHEM Annual Conference. • GAMES WORKED - Members, please note we have just updated our Member Home Page for the 2008/2009 season. Please make sure all your Games Worked are being updated in a timely fashion so we have the most updated information for our files.
  
  
• CEU's - CEUs have been distributed at the conclusion of the Annual Conference in St. Louis. If you have not received your CEUs of are in need of any back CEUs from former meetings please contact Lisa Sherry at website@phats-sphem.com. She will be more than happy to assist you in whatever you may need.
